Technical malfunctions or connectivity issues during a game session may result in bets being voided or settled according to recorded server-side data. In the event of any dispute, jami77's server logs shall take precedence over client-side records.
6.1 Deposits Deposits to your jami77 Account must be made using payment methods currently listed as available in your account cashier. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for their personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Platform. No other right, title or interest in the Platform Content is transferred to you. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any Platform Content without jami77's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jami77 and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if jami77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall jami77's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jami77 accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred as a result of system failures, payment processing errors, third-party provider outages or any event outside jami77's reasonable control.

12.1 Suspension by jami77 jami77 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Account holder has breached these Terms; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive purposes; (c) there is a pending KYC, AML or compliance review; or (d) the integrity of the Platform or other users may be at risk.
12.2 Termination by jami77 Following investigation, jami77 may permanently terminate an Account and, where applicable, forfeit the Account balance in circumstances including but not limited to: confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, underage gambling, or use of the Platform from a Restricted Territory.
12.3 Closure by User You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receipt of a closure request, jami77 will process any eligible remaining real-money balance after deducting any outstanding charges or bonus funds still subject to wagering requirements. Account closure requests submitted for responsible gambling reasons will be treated as self-exclusion requests and handled in accordance with our Responsible Gambling Policy.
These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to the use of the jami77 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jami77 holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict of law principles. Users located in Pakistan acknowledge that local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may apply to their activities and that compliance with applicable local law is their sole responsibility.
In the event of a dispute between you and jami77, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, you may escalate the dispute through the formal dispute resolution process available in your Account Help Center.
jami77 does not guarantee that its services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where gambling is unlawful is entirely at your own risk.
jami77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active Account holders via email or through a notification displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent amendment.
